Eligibility
Our services in Georgia are available for hetero-married and non-married couples, provided they have been in a marriage or a relationship for at least one year before starting the surrogacy journey. Medical indication for egg donation and surrogacy is requested by most clinics. Given that we can serve only hetero couples in Georgia, intended parents often have many years of struggle with infertility, and presenting such documentation (previous treatment plans for infertility) is generally not an issue.
Egg Donors
Our egg donors undergo thorough medical screening, including karyotyping and testing for STDs, genetic conditions, immunohematology, and hematology. We also evaluate them based on family medical history, education, talents, and interests. Donors are typically between 18 and 28 years old and may have given birth to a healthy child previously. For your selection, we provide detailed information including eye and hair color, height, weight, age, blood type, and RH factor. Additional details such as work experience, interests, talents, and educational background may also be provided. Photographs are available to assist in your choice. We also offer a category of open egg donors who are willing to allow contact from the child once they reach 18 years of age. To begin the process of selecting an egg donor, you will have access to an egg donor bank; alternatively, you can complete a donor characteristics form to receive suitable donor profiles for your consideration.
About Georgia
Georgia is a country located in Eastern Europe and West Asia, part of the Caucasus region. It is bounded by the Black Sea to the west, Russia to the north and northeast, Turkey to the southwest, Armenia to the south, and Azerbaijan to the southeast, covering an area of 69,700 square kilometers. Education
Education in Georgia is mandatory for all children aged 6–14. The school system is divided into elementary (six years; ages 6–12), basic (three years; ages 12–15), and secondary (three years; ages 15–18), or alternatively vocational studies (two years). Access to higher education is granted to students who have gained a secondary school certificate.
Gastronomy
Georgian cuisine and wine have evolved through centuries. One of the most unusual dining traditions is “supra,” or the Georgian table, a way of socializing with friends and family. The head of supra is the tamada, who conducts philosophical toasts. Various regions are known for particular dishes, such as khinkali (meat dumplings) and khachapuri (cheese bread).
Surrogacy in Georgia
Surrogacy is an accepted practice in Georgia. We facilitate the process of obtaining a court order during your first trip, before the start of the process. Any family model is authorized, and the pregnant woman is obligated to give the baby to the requesting parents, who accept it.
Surrogate Mother Requirements
Our surrogate mothers in Georgia are carefully selected to meet the following criteria:

- •They must be mothers of at least one child, with good physical and mental health.
- •They must provide a medical report confirming no pregnancy or motherhood in the year before the implantation.

Traveling to Georgia

From January 1, 2026, Georgia requires all visitors to show valid travel insurance covering health and accident costs for the entire stay. The certificate must be in English or Georgian.
