1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all bookings, consultations, and coordination services purchased via remote communication with Baby Wiltor. Please send us an email: hello@babywiltor.com or a WhatsApp message with your contact details and let us know which service you are interested in. We look forward to curating a bespoke experience tailored entirely to your wishes. Wishing you a truly wonderful journey toward parenthood—we look forward to walking this path with you. Payment shall be finalized upon the execution of the service agreement. By booking a consultation or purchasing a service package, you (the Client) agree to these terms.
Our services consist exclusively of administrative coordination, advisory support, and intermediary facilitation connecting clients with independent, licensed fertility clinics and legal service providers abroad.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation Right)
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler (2005:59) / EU Consumer Rights Directive), you have a legal right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (the Cooling-off Period).
Start of the Period: The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the agreement is concluded (e.g., the date you confirm your booking).
How to Exercise Your Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us prior to the expiration of the 14 days by submitting an explicit written notice (e.g., via email to hello@babywiltor.com).
Should you wish to reconsider signing our collaboration agreement, please rest assured that we completely understand. Simply notify us at hello@babywiltor.com, and we will send you a cancellation form to finalize the process. No hard feelings whatsoever—we firmly believe that undertaking this path requires complete readiness and the right personal timing, and we want you to feel fully confident every step of the way.
3. Execution of Services During the Withdrawal Period
Immediate Service Performance: If you request that we begin providing coordination services or hold a scheduled consultation immediately within the 14-day withdrawal period, you must explicitly consent to the immediate start of the performance.
Proportional Payment: If you exercise your right of withdrawal after having explicitly requested the performance to begin during the 14-day period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the coordination services provided up until the time you communicated your withdrawal.
Loss of Withdrawal Right for Completed Services: If a consultation or specific coordination service is fully performed within the 14-day period upon your explicit prior request and acknowledgment, your right of withdrawal for that specific completed service is forfeited.
4. Refunds
If you validly cancel your booking within the 14-day withdrawal period (and service performance has not yet begun), we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Pricing, Quotations & Third-Party Costs
Agency Service Fees: Prices displayed on this website for our advisory and coordination packages are stated in USD and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required by law.
Third-Party Medical & Legal Costs: Specific medical procedures (IVF, egg/sperm freezing, embryo transfer, surrogacy protocols) and foreign legal fees are billed independently by affiliated third-party clinics or legal professionals abroad. Official medical pricing and binding quotes are issued directly by those foreign entities following individual clinical assessments. Baby Wiltor does not set medical fees and is not responsible for pricing adjustments made by external partner clinics.
Terms of Service and Payment Plan
Any services requested by the Client shall be payable pursuant to a dedicated payment plan specified within the formal agreement, which shall become binding upon mutual consent and execution by the parties.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Outside the 14-Day Window
Bookings cancelled after the 14-day legal withdrawal period, or consultations rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or non-refundable retainer as outlined in your specific client service agreement.
7. Mandatory rights that are not affected
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you are a consumer, the choice of Swedish law does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in any court available to you under mandatory law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, or the use of this website, shall in the first instance be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Swedish District Court (tingsrätt).
