We hold our surrogates in the highest esteem and are deeply committed to their well-being. To honor their contribution, we ask all parties to follow our carefully curated and time-tested protocols, which have been thoughtfully designed for the benefit and protection of everyone involved.

With over two decades of experience in orchestrating surrogacy journeys, we work with this every day. We understand intuitively how to collaborate in the most graceful and harmonious way, ensuring a beautiful experience for intended parents and surrogates alike.

The beginning of a surrogacy journey is a moment filled with hope, purpose, and possibility. Once a prospective surrogate completes her initial application, she is welcomed into our private surrogate portal. There, she will provide additional information that allows us to truly get to know her-her story, her experiences, and the unique qualities she brings to this extraordinary path.

1. Prescreening: Laying the Foundation for a Safe and Supportive Journey

During the Prescreening phase, we gather essential information to ensure each candidate is thoughtfully and carefully evaluated. Our goal is to confirm:

· A history of healthy, uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries

· An age between 21 and 38

· A Body Mass Index (BMI) of 33 or below

To uphold the highest standards of care, we will also:

· Conduct criminal and financial background checks

· Review health insurance information

· Request and assess medical records

· Confirm residence in a surrogate-friendly state

This stage allows us to build a relationship founded on trust, transparency, and excellence. As soon as Prescreening is complete and eligibility is established, we move to the second step: a one-on-one surrogacy consultation with a licensed mental health professional.

2. Surrogacy Consultation: A Thoughtful Conversation

Every surrogate participates in a warm and comprehensive consultation with a licensed mental health professional who specializes in supporting and screening surrogate candidates. This conversation explores:

· Her motivation for becoming a surrogate

· Her pregnancy and birth history

· Her family dynamics and personal relationships

· Her interests, hobbies, and life experiences

· Her support system, including identification of her Primary Support Person

During this stage, the Primary Support Person will also meet separately with a licensed mental health professional to ensure they are fully prepared for the essential role they will play throughout the journey.

3. Psychological Assessment: Ensuring Emotional Wellness

The final screening step is a psychological evaluation conducted through the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and interpreted by a licensed psychologist. This helps us thoughtfully assess each candidate's emotional readiness and overall psychological well- being.

A strong support system and a healthy emotional foundation are essential. We ensure she- and her family-feel supported, secure, and ready for the journey ahead.

4. Home Visit & Final Review

To complete the screening process, we conduct a warm and respectful home visit and review her current financial situation. This final step ensures that her decision is completely voluntary, supported by her loved ones, and rooted in compassion and purpose.
